I'll speak for n00bsalad here since Derek thinks that real negative reviews are considered bashing.
Fact: Was Customer for 10 months.
Fact: No customer service for me and other customers from May 2009 and forward.
Fact: We canceled our hosting due to bad customer service and Derek hijacks our dedicated box, using our servers to promote himself. Which business do you know that does this?
Fact: Derek was accidentally transferred $420 and he refuses to refund it. Any business that you send too much money to, sends the remainder back. Not this guy.
Fact: Derek refused to refund $420 back to n00bsalad.net and was told that he will be sued in small claims court. To avoid this, refund money that wasn't his. He decided it was cheaper for him to see us in court.
Fact: Derek deletes negative reviews on him. Honest business when he delete's customers reviews?
Fact: n00bsalad is boycotting him and we're telling anyone else who want to rent from him to use the coupon: bad customer service so when you do get your product 3-5 days later, you may get support on it.
Fact: Derek responds to email when you legally threaten him, not when you try to get support or an answer to a question.
So if you need to know why we're not happy with xfactorservers.com, it's simple. He hijacked our box originally and we resolved that issue. He stole $420 and refuses to give it back. That is 100% theft and bad business. So Derek, screw you.
