You may ask your customer to do a traceroute to 'www.olimpex.com' from his/her location. That could show him/her if there is any packet loss and where it is occuring.

I did a dns diagnostic on olimpex.com and there are some errors, that's why it is intermittent. You will have to correct the errors in the dns zone to resolve this.

Please ask your client to run a tracert or traceroute on domain olimpex.com.
This will let you know if there is any packet loss additionally you can also ask for global IP address from client which is accessible via URL http://whatismyip.com and run a traceroute from your server to thet IP address this will show if the IP address is blocked ny your server.
I am able to see the website without any issues. Ask the client to preform a traceroute and take a screenshot. You will then want to e-mail the screenshot to the technical support department.
