    Can you see this website? www.olimpex.com

    One of my customers located in another country are not seeing his
    website http://www.olimpex.com

    I can see it without problems, but he doesn't, so I was wondering if anybody here see any problem.

    BTW, does anybody know about any service that can show a website as seen from other sites?

    Looks fine from here. If you want to find other ways to view a page off-site, google for 'web proxies'. You'll find quite a few places that offer this service.

    You may ask your customer to do a traceroute to 'www.olimpex.com' from his/her location. That could show him/her if there is any packet loss and where it is occuring.

    I did a dns diagnostic on olimpex.com and there are some errors, that's why it is intermittent. You will have to correct the errors in the dns zone to resolve this.

    Please ask your client to run a tracert or traceroute on domain olimpex.com.

    This will let you know if there is any packet loss additionally you can also ask for global IP address from client which is accessible via URL http://whatismyip.com and run a traceroute from your server to thet IP address this will show if the IP address is blocked ny your server.

    If the issue persists, then get your customer's global IP and check whether it is blocked in the server firewall. He can get the global IP by visiting http://whatismyip.com

    I am able to see the website without any issues. Ask the client to preform a traceroute and take a screenshot. You will then want to e-mail the screenshot to the technical support department. From there the technical support department can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it accordingly. If you have anymore questions let me know and I will be more then happy to assist you.
