Is there any other way to contact Lagniappe Internet. I have tried every contact that they have on there website on the 18th with no reply. Below is an email that was sent if anyone on the board knows of a way to make contact with them?
A couple of days ago, we signed up for hosting on machine 126.96.36.199, which we do have a subdomain on 188.8.131.52 that is experiencing the same issue. We are currently unable to send any e-mails due to your machine IP being blacklisted by SpamCannibal, reason being, there is no reverse dns entries setup for any of the above listed IP addresses. Is there any way that you can please contact your datacenter and have them setup RDNS for the IP's? I am sure that all of your customers are experiencing the same issue as well due to this matter. This is crucial for our website.
The rDNS entries have been requested and should be available shortly, afterwhich I'll request that spamcannibal remove the blacklist.
Checking through email, I have not received an email on the 18th. As the welcome email (as well as the personal welcome email I sent) says, tickets should be entered into the member's support site at http://www.lagniappeinternet.com/members/
I want to apologize to Rob. There must have been some mis-communication some where as I believe that Rob did not receive our email. He has been nothing but a big help since we have reported this little issue, and once we got together on this. He worked very hard and promptly to fix this issue. Yet the quick support continues as we speak on a little issue that we caused .

Great to see a resolution to this problem, I think a big kudos goes to the host and to Augustadata. The host for exercising patience and for getting to grips with the problem, and to Augustadata for the apology. It should be remembered that email is not the best way to try and resolve problems quickly.
