Virpus. Again.
After 12+ hours of my server being down yesterday, with no explanation from them, it's down again. And so is their site: http://virpus.com

What the hell? 24+ hours now and no real response from anyone. I'm moving the second that server comes back up.

This latest wave of Virpus downtime is now 5 hours and counting.
My ticket is still not responded to.
Sent an email to kenneth.odem(at)virpusnetworks.net to highlight the issue.
If the problem is node specific, I can't understand why Virpus won't move customers under ovz-nat to a different node. Instead, we're left here to fry!
This is unprofessionalism at its finest.0

I've migrated my customers to a server with another host. I suggest everyone do the same.

my friend's vps looks he didn't have down time, not sure didn't get the uptime stats from my friend yet
the worst part of the virpus as far as I have checked is, even if the down time is due to them, they simply say it doesn't meet terms with SLA,
just an edit again, its down now0

I got an email on 6/18 alerting that they were migrating to VDS Manager and to expect a brief outage that evening. My VPS experienced two brief outages sometime after 10:00 p.m. eastern on the 18th, and has been running fine since. Whatever the problem is, it hasn't affected the node I'm on.
I hope you're back online soon.0

Not only has the server been up/down for three days now, but I still haven't received a single real response from anyone at Virpus.
If you want to see ticket hell, look at this: http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c3...ViewTicket.png0

I just got an email from Richard (Virpus Support Engineering) informing me that they've disabled my VPS for investigation due to high load.
After more than two days of no activity, at least I'm receiving some news from them.
Will update when I get more info.0
