As long as you have it included in your title tag try submitting your site to five link directories using the term "gurren lagann" . Chances are that Google is just changing gear but this will give you something to do in the interim
My site used to show up on the first or second page if you Google for gurren lagann. It also was around the #1 result for gurren lagann episodes.
Now I notice that it no longer seems to appear if you Google for gurren lagann no matter how many pages I look back. Yet it still appears under the query gurren lagann episodes.
What would cause this?
THis type of issue facing all site owners. So how old is ur site?.. How long u was in 1,2 page.?...THis issue I too faced before few weeks... then its return back.. Also check other keywords position..
This week you are in number 1, 2, 3... next week u might be number of tens like 20s, 30s, or other.
Though, it might come back again. This can be also caused from your website too
The best is to research on other similar nature website like yours (your competitors) and optimize your page more.

Same happened for my site too.My site had a decent ranking on google for a long time but for the past two weeks it is totally vanished from google whereas its ranking is decent in yahoo and msn.I think google might have updated its algorithm thats why this changing is happening. It might be a fault from my site's end also.I have started doing some on page checking and also from competitor analysis.Lets see whether I am able to fix the problem or not.
There can be so many reasons. Have you done any serious seo work? If so, how long have you been doing it? Are these keywords highly competitive? How long have your site been around? Does your site have a lot of backlinks? ... These can all affect your rankings.
Don't sweat, rankings change all the time. If you have been successful with rankings, keep doing what you have been doing. Sometimes it takes time to maintain the rankings.
Chances are that the ranking of your competitors have gone up and you're left behind. If this is the case then you should concentrate on the SEO work again. If this is not then try to research what caused all this issue? so many people have been complaining about this thing and still they haven't got any answer about that. I would also like to know if somebody knows.
It seems like sheikh and rainchild have raised a valid point. But as you've mentioned that the rankings of your competitors have not shown some remarkable change, then i guess rainchild might be right. you would have lost some backlinks.
