sks, I really like the layout but the only thing I would figure a way to fix is that "Fishin' Report" is squished and breaks the smoothness of the site. Could you possibly just rename it to "Report"?
By the way, those are mighty nice fish you have on the first page

Seems like a good layout. Easy navigation and seems to fit the topic. The center section with the content could be layed out a little better. Set up a common font set and color scheme (the red seems out of place to me, I think the blue would be good by itself with black text). Looks nice though.

very nice design there you got. You could increase the width of the buttons on the left to accomodate for that "Fishin' Report" thing but I know it's much easier said than done ...
bumt seriously I always start makin buttons with the longest named link .... if you know what i mean

OK, man, listen: It's close to be very good, clear and neat.
But:
1. Use the same font size for menu letters.
2. Because of your curves you have to do something with the alignment for menu text. Ideally it would be nice to invent menu items name with proper width to suit its position. But for now I sudjest just right align for them.
3. For Marina menu item create a page at your site with a short discription and a link to the original site. Do not open new window for foreign site right away form the menu click - definitly not good.
4. Colors almost ok, but that brown for titles - seems like you need another one here. Maybe black maybe dark blue (what you already use)... play with it a bit.
5. Use wider margings for your text/pic frames. Sometimes pictures and text are too close to the border (left one) when the rest bottom part of the page is emply.
6. Some fotos definitly need a border or little shadow to outline from the background (make it more 3D, this gonna be OK with your kind of 3D logo).
At http://www.firstcrackcharters.com/boat.html give wider margin
between text columns otherwise they are not recognizing and merging.
And maybe I would change Times for "normal text" to the Arial or something for more readability.
Gray for menu's mouseover looks not perfect there. Too much colors involved finally for the site. (Less colors - more style) It's better simply to invert the colors for this event for the menu item. That will keep contrast to read and desired effect.
That's it for now.
