I see alot of good reviews about we3cares, and thinking to hire them, I wanted to ask the current customers of we3carea what support meduims do they provide? I don't see they have got helpdesk or anything coz in the website there is no sign of helpdesk.
Do they only have normal email?
How fast is the response?
Response time is good; obviously you're best bet is to simply contact them and go for it.
James is on AIM too:
I believe he's the "Boss" so to speak.
I've used them in the past, but I'm using www.mattchariot.org now. Very good pricing and response time. Available to me via MSN 24/7.

We3Cares is pretty good. I used them for a few tasks a while back and they took care of them promptly. I posted my review here
wondering what support methods do they have?
helpdesk? Can't find it in the website
plain email only?
I've did most of the discussion through e-mail, Gtalk or AIM.

The phone number doesn't work, you get a RingCentral message saying it isn't active or doesn't exist.
Upon visiting www.mattchariot.com I get an Account Suspended page, so I doubt would work unless they have the DNS re-routed to their .org email. [email protected]
You may try
