    * fsckvps/vaserv down? [Threads merged]

    My server is down!
    I have opened a ticket!
    It's about 3hours.
    But haven't solve.
    It's critical!

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Your best bet is to get in touch with their support (I know you already did but that's the only option). I doubt they'll have a rep lurking here at this time especially when a lot of effort is focused on restoring the nodes.

    Also, try contacting PoundHost as they're the new owners of fscpvps.

    I feel so sad. it's one week from the server down. but still not back to normal. I was subitmed a ticket to Fsckvps about Reload OS, and wait 1days!!(I can rebuild it in 15min before server down).

    I'm not a linux expert. when config my server, anything goes wrong, the only way is rebuild.

    If I am not mistaken Vaserv/A2B2/CheapVPS/FSCKVPS was acquired by Pound Host, have you tried contacting them for assistance?

    If your ticket hasn't been replied please ask for an update on it. We've handeled nearly 8,000 tickets + 100,000 emails in the last 10 days so unfortnatly some have slipped through the cracks. I do apologise if you are in this section and in the ideal world it wouldn't happen but unfortunatly tired humans do make mistakes

    Hi I ordered vps, but it's not installed yet. I write tickets to support but don't get any answer. How long does it takes to have new vps from FSCK?
    P.S.I read on main page: "Instant VPS setup – you pay, you get your login details within a few minutes" - maybe it time to change it?

    fsckvps/vaserv down?

    My VPS is down, so I went to submit a support ticket at http://support.vaserv.com/

    Turns out that's down too.
    It's not just you! http://support.vaserv.com looks down from here.

    VAServ's Atlanta network provider, WireSix, is currently experiencing an outage of their network. WireSix is already informed of the issue and working to resolve it as soon as possible.

    This is also affecting our Atlanta operations.

    WireSix corrected the network issue and everything should be back online now.

    More then 2 days fsckvps setup may new INSTANT vps and I still don't get it, they don't answer support tickets. Do you forget about your customers?
