RxN, it sounds like you were processing through Swissnet prior to the shutdown.
Can you let us know how they are handling this shutdown?
I mean are weekly settlements still being paid out to merchants or are settlements on hold/frozen since the account was shutdown?
What was communicated to merchants as for the reasons for the account going down?
The level of transparency in such situations is usually quite telling as for how such companies are run.
I'd love to hear how the principals of swissnet are/were handling this with their merchant base (BTW, were you dealing with A.B.?)
