    Domain Reseller

    Hello!

I'm about to start a webhosting company and I am looking for domain reseller companies.

    mind if you suggest one?

Enom is a great company but it would cost me too much to sign up in their program.

hmm I can recommend ResellerClub since they are having cool promotions. If you can sell more you can get best price from them.

    it requires $199.0 deposit right?

I would love to be in reseller club but $199.0 won't work for me.

Is there any companies out there that has a required deposit less than $120?

Enom accounts are also available from 'resellers',
    have a look around WHT.

I find eNom very stable, the only drawback is there support is thorough, but slow.

I would prefer a reliable and established company with an API in WHCMS.

    thanks.

You can sign up for free on enom, but you need to make at least a 100$ deposit.

I would recommend either NetEarthOne, ResellOne, and or ResellerClub.

WHMCS supports any LogicBoxes registrar, resell.biz (UK2 but look at the post earlier on this forum), reselelrclub, netearthone

There are also other supported registrars, take a look at http://wiki.whmcs.com/Domain_Registrars

Definitely! Check out NetEarthOne. They are also an ICANN accredited registrar. They offer excellent rates for domains, better than eNom & ResellerClub I'll say. Zero minimum deposit, however, you have to deposit some money in order to purchase domains. (common sense anyway)

If you are really interested in eNom, try out DomainSmarty, they seems to be one of the largest ETPs out there giving away free eNom accounts with decent rates.

I think a free eNom account is also available through WHMCS, certainly through many resellers as I stated before, just search WHT. In all cases [with the bigger guys or the littler guys ] the $100 deposit is needed, but it's not money spent, it's money 'invested'.

    Good luck with your search.

I just checked ResellOne. The site is still under development. Signup outputs an error message. The site does not display physical location of company - not even name of country or telephone number.

Also after I reported failed signup, I was told to fax signed copy of contract, with information that setup charges are US$99. Why do they waste time in signups from people not willing to pay set up fee?

What I know is they are backed by The Planet, a large Dedicated & Colocation provider in the US.
