    BuzzServers VPS

    Hello,

    Anyone else having issues with their VPS? It could be that there is an issue with the node I'm on. IP is in the 74.201.59.xx range. Been down for 4 hours, so much for their ticket system being staffed 24/7.. haven't even got a reply yet.

    Helpdesk is manned 24/7, live chat is not.
    More like 12 hrs a day .. or even less.

    TBF their support is usually pretty good.

    Also been down, seems IP range 66.207.175.67 - 129 is also down.

    Tick tock.

    The last time the VPS went down I waited over 12 hours for a reply, this time it's over 7 hours already.. hmm.

    It's 12 hrs for me waiting

    Lets see what they say.

    It has been an absolute nightmare for me this last 3 weeks.

    can you log into client area?

    Yeah, no issues logging into the client area. Thinking it's about time I setup my own VPS node running Virtuozzo

    Bugger,

    think they just want rid of me with amount of support tickets I have had to log in 3 weeks.

    Oh well, looking looking.

    Let me know if you find a good offer for a host.

    We are running checks to work out what this issue is.

    Having checked, this has been caused by our migration to a new VPS panel, all should be back to normal shortly

    thanks for some feedback.

    If I were you I would jump on your technical staff hard, real hard.

    These issues have no place here and will hurt your product.

    Seriously, sit them down and get to to the root of the cause, and the root of no responses.

    Hello,

    Due to the recent issues with HyperVM, we decided it was in the best interests of all our clients to move to a in-house developed control panel.

    Therefore, this morning, we started installing this new control panel. We faced issues with one node, which caused 5 VPS clients to face downtime.

    The issue has since been resolved, and all VPS’s are back up. We will be rolling out the new control panel logins in the next 4-7 days.

    My vps is still down. Now they're telling its an issue with vps and refuses to tell the exact issue...

    @kokop,jasonhk: is your vps up?

    I have requested couple of times to setup a new vps and restore the backup folder in my vps so my admin can restore the accounts, after 48 hours they told they're going to mount the backup folder to a new vps. Still waiting for their response. Really unprofessional support.

    Unlike other hosting companies, their sales support is 24*7 and technical support is 8*5... LOL

    @kokop, let me know too if you have find a good vps provider.

    My VPS IS going to be down for 4-7 days??... C'mon that is crazy!!

    That says logins..as in they'll be giving you new login information for your VPS Control Panel in 4-7 days, not that your VPS is going to be offline for 4-7 days.

    No network issues, no hardware issues at the moment. The only issues that any client should be experiencing are the usual software ones which we always work with

    The 4-7 days is how long until we roll out BZPanel which is our own VM panel development. Which we have spent a LOT on due to the short period of time.
