We are located in Atlanta, once had a small problem with someone in EU, Germany but turned out he was getting packet loss to whole of USA, so problem at his end.
But yeh our network is generally very good
Can't really comment on Dallas only had a server there once for a month.

It seems South America connects through FL much. So, I guess Atlanta can give you better performance.

Thanks. Seems Atlanta is my choice as I assumed before.
But still need more time to prove it.

    Anyone have experience with Dallas?

Dalls datacenters are good for south america but not for euro visitors as it will give a slow latency. If the speed is what important for you for euro visitors, then you should be in East Coast Datacenters.

We use Dallas DC's for our USA and South American traffic. Speed has never been an issue. Not sure about slow latency for EU clients. Will need to test this from our London servers.

We used to rent an FSHost server (Flight Simulator) from a company in a Dallas datacenter, we now host it on our own VPS in New Jersey, connection & latency is better for me in the UK & for one of our members in Ecuador

I know NJ wasn't one of your options, but as another poster said, you shouldn't discount East coast DC's.

Why those locations? you could network in a more centric location. Maybe Panama (good for their network) or costa rica.
