Is this a legitimate DMCA complaint?
Please see:
http://lugo.be/6f27c9a6eacb2ca1ed1cbf6be322b87a.txt
- The website in question simply links to/embeds content hosted by others.
- The website in question has posted a Terms of Service page which clearly explains where the content is hosted and who is liable.
In your eyes, is the filed DMCA complaint legitimate?
Do you recommend a counter-DMCA complaint be filed, and if so, what do you suggest is outlined?Victor Lugo

The website linking to the content is as guilty as the website hosting it. IMHO.
Not sure the legalities behind it though.0
