warning: csecommerce.com are fraudsters
Hello guys,
I just want to warn everyone here about the guys operating ecommerce software site at csecommerce.com - They are fraudsters and should avoid doing business with them at all costs.
I got burned by these thiefs TWICE.
They first ordered some ecover and banner work from us a while back, after everything was delivered, they filed a chargeback and they got their money back, and continue to use the graphics we produced.
A few weeks ago, they ordered under a different name and email - I didn't realize it was them and processed the order as usual. They were happy with the designs and accepted all the artwork we produced. They are currently being used on their site csecommerce.com - We then got chargeback for their orders again.
It was quite obvious their intention was to file chargeback so they get free designs.
So DO NOT trust these guys, even if they pay for your service, they WILL file a chargeback after they receive their products.
The name is gabriella pena - email used: sales@csecommerce.com - website is csecommerce.com - they are theifs. Stay clear incase they come on here looking for designers.

Plus, the product they're selling is a fraud too. It's just Magento repackaged, which might be against their license.
Did you not have any receipt to be able to dispute the chargeback claim? Chargebacks aren't just one way. As a merchant, you have the ability to defend yourself. Provided you've got everything documented correctly, you should be able to win. They can't pull the "I don't know what this charge is about" card if you've got documented conversations with them about purchasing the product.

oh wow, i didn't know what. but looking at their site, they cant even code their own site, how would they code the software. that explains it.
I use 2checkout - and unfortunately it's difficult, they say it's an unauthorized charge, and they never used our service.

This is really annoying to see like this cheaters(frauds), even to read.. You can claim right on your design, as they have charged back, but i dont think its of much use. Try to file a dispute to payment gateway with proof that they paid for the design and you have the sources for the design which they used in their website.
Is the credit card also on the same name and adress of the domain whois ? That may help..
Well, anyway i am not aware of laws that much.. there maybe some mistakes in what i said above.

Even the repack of magento is not done by them.. Check the page source code, at the end there is another company name..

maybe try contacting hostmonster? since their graphics are pretty much stolen, their softwares are illegal, there's a good chance hostmonster will take their site offline?

well I purchased their shopping cart and source is completely different from magento. why would you say such a thing.? I recommend them. did you purchase from them? Good company. They never scammed me.

yeah your right. I checked magento's sourcing code and it is completely different. I checked to see if this company they is in their footer is related to them and found they are two different companies. shame shame on you magento. and to think that they are a big company

hello csecommerce admin, (oops, i mean talkdirtyreviews), so you registered today just to defend them did you?
and how would you know what magento source is like? and no, I dont think anyone here ever purchased from them because their shopping cart doesnt even work! doesnt look like their site is even ready to take order, how did you order? They're not even using their own shopping cart, they have a 'broken' 2checkout link LOL

@tdotn , you've got a point in ur post.
@talkdirtyreviews : if you really are their customer. Try to give some proof, whats the url of your site with their shopping cart ? Peoply around here in WHT aren't noobs or newbies (most of us).

"Its stupid that you try getting my site down but it did not work, and you are writing stupid **** about our company. Shame on you. You are very stupid. I will write articles and send it to over 100 sites and post on directorys, forums about your company as well. You will lose customers. You better take that **** off. I took your stupid designs off my site so there shouldnt be anything like this anymore. If i dont see that you made an effort to take down ugly remarks and refrain yourselves from trying to destroy my company I will make sure that you pay tuan!!!! I know its you. I am not playing. You are very funny. I did not know I was that company, its funny that you like to point fingers. Wow. This is something I will laugh about. Their shopping cart is a demo hello also I purchased days ago not today.
oh and if you are really smart you would know that magento is a free open source shopping cart which i was able to download because again its free and I was able to see their source. duhhhhhhhhhh!

With your name, sudden appearance, and manner of speaking we can only be suspicious. You haven't provided a domain to prove you use their cart. Which can be done publicly or privately by using Report. However you give me a very familiar feeling that we won't see you past today, and if we do it will be on a new name. Domain looks unlikely too.
Feel free prove me wrong.
