By their domain whois, Creation Date: 27-Jan-2009. So they have been in the field for 4 months only, provided there is no recent change in their domain name. So it is less likely to get some reviews here.

They can be also resellers. So make sure that you know about that. Even if they are not resellers that is not bad sign at all. As sometimes resellers provide better services then the main web hosting service provider

I also can not access their website, a ping also does not return anything:

What made you even consider them? It seems that they are very new.

Stay Well Away from TophostingUK
I started with TophostingUK some months back, and they were extremely helpful with configuring FFMPEG and were very helpful otherwise, as well. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. Apparently, ownership has changed hands and the new owner has next to no customer service skills.
Have a look at the chat transscript below. This is mostly in reference to me chasing up a server outage the day prior, which I was told was caused by the server being hacked. All I was looking for was some reassurance that steps had been taken to prevent the same thing from happening again, as I was reluctant to migrate my clients over to their hosting if these outages were likely in the future (reasonable enough, I thought)... just have a look at the transcript below:

Sorry for the bad spelling
been with them for the best part of the year we had some down times but they were great in getting problems sorted .
well it started on the 22 december 2010 hard drive problem all websites i am run were down my package was resellers hosting .
I was total in a email no ETA given on when they would sort it well the sites started to be reinstalled again so i was happy as i am running two video sites one which has 6gb of video
and the other 2gb its a lot to upload well i ask when they would reinstall PHPshield and FFmpeg and the addons they are a bit busy at the moment well i did see that they had updated the website with new
packages so i guess the server was not important to sort well i notice they drop my account down from Unmetered every thing
29500MB this should be Unmetered Hard drive 70000MB this should be Unmetered but same as Economy so was not happy i ask if they would be sorting the phpshield problem they total me 2 so after 36 hours
so i decided to cancle on 28 december 2010 no signs of server addons installed after some tickets and stuff sent the cancle form
this was the message i gave when i cancled my account my Resellers control panel was down for like 18 hours told me they were too busy and i would have to help

Suspension Reason: abuse
well i sent email saying i got Suspension for this had 2 weeks left well after few days they got the server addons installed 30 december 2011 so its not been great but was happy sites were working again
well on the 8th January 2011 the sites were down most of the day i did sent support ticket
early in the morning got a message a round 1600 saying read updates on site news
P.S you cannot run a bussiness with TopHostingUK

i got a dedicated server from 1 and 1 so far great been very helpfull too
