Wi Fi IP Camera Viewable in browser outside network

We have been trying to configure a suitable wifi IP camera whereby it can be viewed remotley via browser
most are reachable within the local network easily
but we want to be able to iframe the stream into a web page elsewhere
We have tried the dyndns settings within the camera software but it fails to stream unless locally

Anyone who has successfully done this -- do tell make of camera and service used for dyn dns or alternative

BAsically looking for a situation like this
www.30atelevision.com/livestream
but with the camera output from the ip camera

If it's viewable on the local network then the problem isn't your camera. How's your gateway router set up? You probably just need to forward port 80 to the camera's lan IP address.
