Question

free speech and rights hosting needed

Hi,
I'm looking for a hosting service that will allow
anti-government content and unpopular criticism against the judicial system, State laws, driver's licensing ,DUI laws and the legal system in favor of civil and religious rights.
Preferably one in Germany.

A hosting site that isn't so fond of the USA or does adult content is ok.
If anyone knows one that will except extreme content without
enforcing user policy in favor of U.S. Gov or
threats of dropping the web hosting account, please let me know.

Nearlyfreespeech.com might be able to help you out. I believe Bluehost are pretty stringent on their user's rights as well.

Hope that helps,
Mike

I assume if that is against US laws you need to find another part of the world to have web hosting account from. If that is forbidden in the US no chance to have that hosted
Hope you get that

Cheers

Take a look at Future Hosting. I have a political forum that has all kinds of stuff posted on it. And future hosting has never said anything to me. But on my forum, no post about violence are allowed.

Whatever host you go with, I would strongly suggest that you keep the server inside the USA. That way your protected by the 1st amendment - which protects freedom of speech which is critical of the government.

Will you be having content that is against US law, or just content they wouldn't be particularly happy about.

What do you mean against US laws? In the USA, citizens that are critical of the government and its laws are protected by the 1st amendment. If you want to criticize the government for a law, or a tax, it is well within your rights to do so.

The only thing that is not protected is hate talk, or talk of violence. Talk of promoting violence, hate crimes, violence based on race, color or religion is not protected.

But if you want to post something like "the US Federal income tax is stupid" - in the USA its your right to do so.

Hi everyone
Thanks for taking the time to reply to my request for this kind of hosting service, I'll try to explain the main point of my content here:

Aprox 10 yrs ago, I nailed a State's attorney red handed with copyright infringement (of web material, some pointing to flaws in b.a.c proof) at a formal dui hearing over an old out-of-state dui years before.
So they denied a driver's license re-instatement, so I then copyrighted the DUI hearing tape (originality was nailing an infringer!)
Then they caught me driving after so much vigilant watching, so I surprised them with a website of the courtcase, making a fool of them using their own laws against them.
Pitting the court's claims & accusations against their own law claiming the existence of a God, .. with NO assumptions
challenging the judge to produce public evidence "WHO's LIABLE if a law is a lie" VS God can't claim to tell the truth if caught lying about that such evidence which NOBODY HAS!...
and nobody owes cops, lawyers & state officials ANY assumptions their claims & accusations are true.. NOT without evidence for each and ALL of us,.. proving who the hell's liable if it aint
a LAW and WHO's liable if a police accusation is false.
( why do they avoid THAT ..if it's so true??)
..the court want's juries that make assumptions, not one that demand's THAT kind of evidence.
As long as there is NO proof who's liable if a law is a lie, there is no way to prove anyone broke a law at all instead of a lie,(any Lying official can slap the word "law" on subtle lies)

Eventually I'll offer prize money to anyone to sign the dotted line on public domain proof: "WHO'S liable if a law is a LIE".
and have the public domain papers to sign, with OUT any disclaimers, excuses or loopholes that the State, judges & lawyers DON'T want in it.. and that GOD can't refute or lie about.
(remember Bill gates lawyer trick with IBM.. all that $$$ deal simply by getting IBM to "agree" to it on PAPER? . and he didn't have a damn thing to sell IBM it was someone else's DOS prog!)

WE the people ARE the Government.. every bit as much as cops, lawyers, judges and officials and we don't owe ANY gambling guessing game of assumptions that they tell us the truth, with their speeches, claims or accusations.
...
and that's not all of the content,
I hope I didn't shock ya all. :\

I had this website on AOL almost 9yrs, AOL never gave me any fuss but recently closed ALL their hometown webspace. I know a cop that knows me and he knows about the cairocourtonline.com and won't arrest me.

Right now I have just 1 single page up on nearlyfreespeech.com,
(put up last night) ..got lots of graphic & html work to do to rebuild ...
"One nation under GOD with liberty & justice for all...
NOT a whole nation of liars in the sight of GOD,.. assuming the States crap is true!"
