    does jaguarpc reply to emails?

    I sent them an email about their merchant application... I have received no reply for about a week now

    What's wrong, anyone know why its taking so long?

    If i am not mistaken they use a partner company (like us) that manages their Merchant Program

    Gary is correct, we have no involvement with the application or approval process for the merchant account on our site.

    this is deras (aka casey flynn) from sminds.com (hosted on jaguarpc.com originally on aletia). my site was deactivated due to the spamcop problem, which was an honest mistake and i apoligize for any problems that it caused. i explained the situation in the support ticket(s) but i have not heard back from you.

    what is the status of my site?
