I am buying a dedicated host, that I will use to host many sites. I want to be able to use CPanel to manage every site.

Do I need to buy a CPanel license for each site on the server? Or can I just use 1 Cpanel license for all of my sites?

You'll need a cPanel license for each server. You can host an unlimited amount of domains with each license.
