    Having a helpdesk issue? Read here.

    This is the WHT Announcements, Feedback and Questions forum. It is not the place to ask someone to look at a help desk ticket. If you have a ticket open, it will be addressed as soon as possible. If you post here about your ticket, you're only delaying the process.

    Any threads asking us to look at a ticket will be removed.

    But you can do some simple things to help the ticket process along.
    1. Sign your name. Include your username in the box provided. But sign your opening statement with your real name. Often times, this simple step can greatly increase the speed at which a ticket is handled.
    2. Be forthright when a moderator asks you a question. Circular logic and evasive answers will only delay the process.
    3. Be honest in your response.
    4. Accept responsibility when you've acted contrary to forum rules and guidelines.
    5. Maintain a calm demeanor throughout the resolution process.
