I have opened it about 2 days ago. Even after repeated requests it has not been answered.\
I have no choice but to post here to get your attention.

Please respond and let me know what the delay is for

Ticket 25973 doesn't exist. It was merged with another ticket you had opened (25971) which is with billing that is not a 24x7 department. Although it was opened 2 days ago, we had sent in responses.

It is currently awaiting a response from us and I'll have someone look into it..

It may be a good idea to get in touch with me personally or through our feedback department first as that normally grabs our attention pretty fast and gives us an opportunity to resolve the issue.
