Hey Aletia
What is up with your CPANEL licensing? Yesterday I was unable to access my email for most of the day, and now it's happening again! I'm getting the "cpanel license in invalid" error.
I've been with you guys since July last year, and I have to say, your service has declined significantly. I only use this account for email now days, so I'm not sure what's going on in the politics of the aletia world, but I think it's about time for me to move hosts.
Where can I cancel?
...(I'd email you, but I can't access my email)
Cheers

I would be concerned if the only method of contacting a hosting company was through a forum board.

You can't access your e-mail, but couldn't you have at least addressed this issue on the Aletia Forums?
I mean, how sure are you that an Aletia employee will drop by and respond to your query?

Try www.aletiaforums.com for yourself...
Last time I checked, they're down due to "technical difficulties".
There is no other way of contacting them.

lucasg,
All the servers are fine and are not experiencing a license problem. If your seeing that then you may be reaching an old server that aletia no longer runs. All the aletia clients were moved to our servers in Houston.
smidwap,
There is nothing wrong with the helpdesk or any forms of contact at the aletia site...other the the aletia forums we've downed for right now.

I've opened my support ticket.
Who the f\/ck forgot to move my account over then?
I'm still getting the cpanel licensing errors. The actual site can be accessed, but email and the cpanel cannot.

You'll have to post here once you've fixed it, etc.
If you want to "express it" - the domain I have hosted with aletia is mentioned in my sig!

A search for your domain on www.domainwhitepages.com shows it was moved and is alread resolving to your new ip. If you haven't done so yet, please make sure you open a ticket so one of the techs can troubleshoot your email for you.
