What Do You Like from WHM Autopilot System?

Everyone here swears by other billing systems, especially WHMCS. However, I got Autopilot as part of a hosting package and it would be great knowing what you like most out of it.

Looks simple and it seems to do the job. So what do you think?

Thanks.
P.S - Not paying $300+ for other systems(at least not right now) when Autopilot does the job. What do you like about such billing/hosting management system?

We abandoned it for WHMCS, so really not too much to say now. It appears to have only received 2 minor updates since we stopped using it about a year ago (we used 3.2.62 or so).

When we used them, support was crap and didn't fix bugs (such as bad HTML mistakes) when we even spoonfed them the fix. Not sure if it's still the same way.

The support has been great for me, especially lately but developers have added several new features for me.

Great...the system gets the job done. It's a start and what some of us intending to use it need to know indeed.

Thanks.

I would advise that you watch the screencasts - they really help you to understand how to make the most of autopilot.

- I could not see a demo on their web site. Where is it?

- I could not find detailed features of this software. For example: Which registrars does it support? Does it support multi-currency?

Their demo and features is all in one if you look carefully.
http://www.whmautopilot.com/features.php
Then look on the right side in the categories for the features of each category.
Also, They offer the free fully working trial you could demo on your server as well which by far is better then working with a demo you cant really do anything with being I like to at least see what the admin side of things has to offer as far as template editing and how things are really laid out.

I looked at again. There is not a "live demo" link on their web site. They don't provide it. Also there are not many information about features.

It works but I don't like it as much anymore. The forums for whmautopilot don't exist anymore and it lacks many of the features from whmcs. WHM Auto Pilot doesn't look as good as the other systems as well. WHM Auto Pilot does have a nice dedicated server section. The updates for WHM Auto Pilot aren't as frequent anymore as WHMCS. I would use whmcs instead of whmautopilot. WHMCS is $12.95/month and $15.95/month without the copyright notice and $199.95 one time with a year of free updates and support at licensepal.com and the company(licensepal.com) does integration for $24.95/one time.

And if updates are somewhat of a struggle, I believe outcasting will be a consistent need. Definitely something to have in mind...custom upgrades, errors and among the few pointed out here. Still I got a fantastic deal for trying it indefinitely, so let's see how it goes. Will report back when I've tested enough of it.

Great to get chunks of fine info indeed@! Thanks.

It has supported multiple concurrent currencies for a long time, allows one to manage several sites with one admin backend properly and has lots of payment processors and a handful of registrars.

What else does it need?
