color image. Anybody help-me?

I made an illustration and as I do not know to use softwares of images, I would like to know if anybody could help me to color this image.

The image is of a boy (engineering student).

What I want it's very simple! Just color and add any effect that can become it cool!

Please anybody help me? I'll be wating for the reply and I can send you for email for you color image.
