heh, my helpdesk account was suspended/deleted or something - dont feel bad. all in all i'd have to recommend not spending the $5.95 here. my hardware was downgraded to 40% of the original, and i had several downtimes, and tried to get ahold of the guy repeatedly for two weeks. per his TOS i've a refund coming, but hey no reply of course

Our site was terminated from our host without warning which made us lose 6 days of data.

Your VPS was suspended due to the data loss which was fixed immediately after it was back up online.

All passwords are encrypted with symbols due to DB problems after the host transfer. Our VPS node has been monitored via many Uptime monitors and SSH showing no signs of downtime. If you are referring to the downtime of our site, it has nothing to do with out server. The downtime is not really downtime, you are referring to HyperVM being down. If you read around on WHT, everyone is having problems with HyperVM so please read our emails cleary before giving us false accusations.
