Where can I get a well priced server in canada?
Does anyone know any good canadian companies that would provide me with a server in canada?

I suppose that you need first of all to understand what you are looking for. What web hosting specifications you are interested in.
What would you like to host there
Which budget you have.
Also you can use offers section on this forum to do search. But to start any search you should understand what you are searching for.

Perhaps he lives in Canada and wishes to have a server within a decent range. Although, in that case, a server in a location such as Chicago would work.

Canada is a rather large country, second in size only to Russia. It may seem like it, but not *everyone* lives in central/eastern Canada. 
So, Boris, you should note what part of Canada you are in, or are interested in serving, if you care at all.

It is a pretty long border lol.
Vancouver or Halifax are not that close to Chicago.

Seattle area, not Chicago, will be better for western Canada

Seattle ~3.5ms
San Jose ~25ms
LA ~32ms
Seattle would definitely have the advantage (by >20ms).
