Time commitment
Averages about 1-5 hours per week. Time varies on number of support inquiries, but generally there isn't any more than 3 hours required for support in a given week. Sometimes there are no new queries.
Post Sale
Following sale of business, willing to offer training of software and manuals in order for you to perform work in the future. Alternatively, I am willing to continue working with the company and customers for a low monthly fee.
