my website with www dose not work but without www it work fine . what should i do ?

You will go to your dns control panel and add an A record with name www
pointing to the server IP.
Then on Apache's virtual host configuration file or domain file you will make
sure below lines look like this
ServerName example.com
ServerAlias www.example.com

Sometimes it is also a DNS propogation issue. Wait for at least 72 hours.

If it is a new domain it is not normally DNS propagation. If you think it might be propagation use a 3rd party website such as dnsstuff.com to confirm.

If its not the DNS record probably just the serveralias in apache
