If you can show me a good quality one with out lots of security flaws and other problems, we'll take a look. I would love to offer one as we get lots of requests.
The current ones on the market don't work for us.

for Windows, you aren't likely to find such a control panel. Your best bet would be to hire a team of programmers to program a custom one for you.
