which test file did you download? atlanta or dallas?

we dont currently have a level3 only test file

I would like to know more about what wasnt pretty since we usually have one of the best connections from our atlanta location to EU.

Hi Sailor,

I am still waiting for a quote from Monday 27th, email sent to TJ.

The 10MB file I was trying to download was coming down at ~100KB, tried the same file from one of our US servers and was getting ~1MB.

Incidently that UK test was from 2 different locations, using 2 different carries. Hence asking for Level3 testfile.

I would also need a bidirectional trace to see the routes it was taking.
