1) how much does cost per dedicated ip?
2) what is guarantee is there that you do not change our vps ip because last time you did this,and also i do not want my vps ip change,

cPanel/WHM is $15/m. Fantastico would be $2/m

Dedicated IPs are $1/IP/month.
