Will my OS corrupt?

I currently run HyperVM on my servers. I do not want anything to go wrong so I would like to know if this would effect the performance of my systems;

When I just received my server, I ran the HyperVM installation. However, the installation failed and I ran into a bunch of errors and at the end it said the installation succeeded. The cause of this failure was because I forgot to disable SElinux. I then disabled SElinux. After I disabled it I re-ran the installer and everything has succeeded. I was wondering if the failed install will effect the performance of my systems, right now everything seems OK. I also ran both installs as slaves because I am hooking them all up to a master node.

Thank you.

Installation of HyperVM may be requiring SELinux to be disabled. There should not be any problem to the OS.
