I'm just curious to know what 'YOU' as customers are looking for in VPS Service Offerings these days.
Unmanaged vs Managed?
Price Factor?
Linux vs Windows technologies?
Control Panels?

There should be more FreeBSD offerings.

I'm sure most of the unmanaged providers out there could provide FreeBSD. Were you looking for managed?

Ubuntu for sure.
Right now I'm paying just under $10/month, 384 RAM and 20 GiB of space. for one of my VPS . Downtime is once every 3 months, so I am sorta looking for a new host.

No, I am not a consumer of managed services of any type (dedicated, colo, VPS). Unmanaged only.
Presumably you are gathering market intel, so I answered. I'm speaking a preference as a provider (private clients, I don't market directly on the Internet) and a consumer of services.
I'm not currently looking for services but I do from time to time pick up medium sized VPS accounts to augment my own hardware or provide geographic diversity and I would prefer these be FreeBSD based. In that particular market segment there is something of a vacuum, which leads to less competition. There are technology issues as well.
In the dedicated space there are more choices of course.
(Edit: Availability in Canada is also occasionally useful)

Unmanaged.
Depends on features. - ~$30/month for minimum 512 MiB, 20 GB, 500 GB, 2 IP.
- ~$50/month for minimum 1024 MiB, 40 GB, 1000 GB, 4 IP.
- ~$70/month for minimum 2048 MiB, 80 GB, 1500 GB, 5 IP.
Linux.
cPanel or no panel.
Pluses that would affect my willingness to pay more or less: - Quality of support departments.
- Uptime/reliability, and responsiveness of system during high I/O.
- 64-bit guest OS.
- IP addresses. If I'm running a VPS, I'm usually running my own nameserver. I need more than a single IP for that.
- Port speed. I'm willing to accept a 10Mb/s port (or less, depending on price) on an unmetered plan. On a metered plan, however, it damn well better be 100Mb/s.

With that pricing I'm not sure how your host can afford to keep the lights on let alone make a decent margin on it. Thank you for your feedback which is appreciated.

Preference of Choice:
OpenVZ vs Xen
Virtuozzo vs HyperVM
Let me know your views on both.

Is that directed at users of VPS services, or providers? As a user, it doesn't make much difference to me. As long as the provider can keep a stable and secure system, I don't much care what the host is running.

Managed, price usually depends on the type of service provided, Linux, cPanel or DA.

There's definitely not one thing, but a combination of things that help customers decide, so in the end it's all about finding the right balance for your company & brand
