Isn't mine, but Mosso (Rackspace's cloud server services) will do a 256MB/10GB cloud-based VPS for a little over $10. ($11.25/month for the server plus 1GB of out bandwidth and 1GB of in, with $0.22/GB out bandwidth and $0.09/GB in bandwidth.

fsckvps can do this 512mb ram not bad 512MB RAM (1GB Burst), 20Gb Disk Space, 400Gb Transfer (approx 600Mhz guarenteed) – $9.95/mo
guarenteed
they are amazing but i wish they would correct the guaranteed spelling error XD

As a happy customer of fsckvps, I would recommend them as well. I just upgraded from their smallest plan to the next plan up. IMO, they are great for a unmanaged 'budget' vps provider.

I'll give two thumbs up to vpsspeed.com I think I pay 10-12 a month for 512 mb ram. Outbound is quite fast, inbound via wget is hit or miss though it could just be the centos repository. What I really like is there premade images, they have tons.

Usually when I see it misspelled, it's "garaunteed" or "garanteed". 
To the OP, have a look at the VPS offers section of the forums, you should be able to find something suitable.

I also am a happy customer of fsck. I have two of their 20 buck VPSs, one in Dallas, one in Los Angeles. I'm happier than a pig in s.....ome mud.
Although they are "unmanaged", if you have a legit non-beginner issue, I have found them actually faster than most *managed* touting providers.

still mispelled and I told rus about it no fix after a few days hehe. anyways.... I will say that fsck vps is great. Ran a small forum off a vps and never had a single issue of downtime
