    Lefty, I'm sorry to hear you didn't get your money back. I'm curious if you ever found a place to complain about them. Is there a Turkish version of the Better Business Bureau or something similar?
    I'm not even going to try to get the money back. It was only a year and I DID get a lot for the money I spent, even though their customer support is horrible and their 99.99% uptime guarantee a joke. I think they should change that to 75%.
    Oh well, let's look at the bright side: we all learned our lesson and we'll open our eyes next time.

    One time they told me I had to upgrade my account cause I was over my webspace limit. That was back in the days of the Plesk control panel and I don't think we had a way of deleting old logs from the CP (and it wouldn't let me delete them from my ftp client) so they just grew larger and larger to the point that I went over my limit. LOL!

    1. Where are your company headquarters? Please provide a full address.

    2. What is your business phone number?

    3. How long have you been in business?

    4. Are you a corporation or are you privately owned?

    5. How many employees do you have?

    6. Do you own your own servers or are you a reseller?

    7. If you own your own servers where are they located?

    8. How can you afford to allow people unlimited bandwidth, as well as unlimited others (POP's, etc.) for only $3.95/mo and stay in "business"? That doesn't sound logical now does it?

    Yes, we support unlimited bandwidth, if you aggreed our AUP.

    We have not a plan $3.95/mo.
    We have $3.75/mo. plan and this plan have only 30 pop3 accounts.

    And, yes all plans are logical for everyone.

    Wow! That's the most information I've ever gotten out of you! Could it be because your reputation is all of a sudden on the line??

    Tell me, how hard is it to maintain servers in the US from Turkey? It sounds difficult to me.

    Lastly, how do you explain the fact there are at least 3 people in this message thread alone that are telling everyone to stay away from you because your service is poor?

    Do you have any information that would prove us wrong?

    They are at FDC server so they support unlimited bandwidth.

    Well lets just say they have a 89 dollar server from FDC.

    They would need around 24 customers to be paying of the server quality not included

    3.75 US would go much further in turkey, Since the economy seems to be working backwards and people are very poor.

    Since they did not get into EURO this round ( good one Germany and Italy ) the economy does not seem to be improving and fear of war in the middle east is another low down.

    And further more with the illegal occupation of Cyprus and a very bad humen rights records i dont see them improving any day soon.

    Thus why i believe the 3.75 takes them a long way.. not that i trust for a second they have 6 staff memebers but thats another song

    I DID find a few International consumer protection sites but unfortunately there's just little that anyone can do to shut them down or take action against them which is why they get away with what they do. The worst thing that can happen to them is what were doing.... "spreading the word", and he KNOWS IT which is why he's responding at all, (albeit not to me ). Not really "too" ticked off at loosing my money since it wasn't all that much to begin with Kicki but for me it's just more a "principle" thing.

    Give it up 1UPROMO. Your cover's been blown, you've been exposed for what you are, a FRAUD.

    I guess I could easily chalk it up to experience and move on BUT this guy is hell bent on continuing to con more people out of more money so I just feel that I have to do what I can to prevent that.
