Problems with "mypregnancy"* ads

Any idea how to block those ads from hitting my server? Their ads are not displayed but they add extra load to my server.

You can check attachment, would I be able to block them with mod_security?

Thanks

Perhaps you can be clearer or put in more details in your question?

These are actually not ads but sites used to spread an old exploit via XSS. Make sure any php apps and server are up to date and/or correctly coded as not to include remote files.

Since hostinginfive doesn't take complaints seriously (I've sent plenty of 'this site is used to hack other sites' emails over the months to no avail), just block all hostinginfive sites using .htaccess or mod security.
