I am going to launch my voip directory shortly. I am going to compare Residential VOIP (PC TO PC, PC TO PHONE & PHONE TO PHONE), Business VOIP (IP-PBX, FAX & TOLL Free Services), and VOICE conferencing.

Is there anything left that I should include in comparision?
