Anyone seen this Cybersecurity Act?

Sorry if this is a re-post, I done a few searches and could not find this posted here.

I think that's some pretty damn scary stuff, people don't believe that our country is headed for socialism but it is, and heading there fast.

I heard about this and posted it on my website HelpLarge, it's scary that some say it wil effect everything from some articles and that's true.. Right now I say "NO" to this, this would be the end of the internet.

It's really ironic that DARPA created the Internet to be a means of communication that would still function during times of emergency and here we have the government now wanting the power to take down the Internet during times of emergencies. Very, very odd and suspicious to say the least. For what possible reason or scenario would our government not want us to be able to communicate with each other online? I could see wanting to take down the communication system of our enemies, but our government wants to be able to take down our own communication? Something really is not right. If there are some type of extremely important strategic assets at risk, why not just disconnect those specific assets? Why block the civilian/commercial sector?
