Blackberry Storm VS Samsung Omnia

Ok I bought the Omnia, and I'm kind of dissatisfied mostly because of the way the contacts works on it.

Anyone have any experience with the 2 phones? I want to know if I should trade it for the Storm.

I have no idea on the Omnia.

The storm seems to have a love hate thing going on some people love it, like me. Some seem to hate it, but I think most of those are people that wanted an Iphone and couldn't get one on the carrier of choice.

What is it that you do not like about the Omnia contacts I can tell you if the storm is better or worse in that area.

If you get a storm dump the .75 OS loaded on it and go to leaked version 113 like night and day difference to the phones speed and operation.
PM me and will give you the walk through on how to do it.

I am one of those who wanted an iPhone, but got a Storm because AT&T is terrible here. The Storm is defiantly above average, and if you are already with Verizon, you might as well get it. If you can stand AT&T or if their network/customer support is decent to your standards, then get the iPhone. I however have the Storm and I am very happy. I also recommend loading the leaked 113 version. Defiantly much better then the stock version (.75)

Since I am a 7-8 year Verizon Customer, I got a KILLER deal on my Storm, it was basically chump change. It works very well and especially in Jersey/NYC Metro area, Verizon dominates so I use it to tether so I am not dependent on hot spots.

It works very well, it locked up on me once, probably cause I left it in my car over night one time. But other than that its worth the price, especially tethering .

The part of the contacts thats getting to me was for example, my blackjack 2, I can type someones name on the main screen and their phone number pops up. Or, I can hit "contacts" on the main screen. Now with the Omnia, I have to look for the contact through the menu, and scrolling through the list is a pain in the @**!

I decided to switch it to the storm, I'm not liking the keyboard but the phone is actually cool.

I will give the 113 a try. PMing now
