Coldmedia.co.uk urgent! (not this again)

I am so disappointed about Coldmedia.co.uk service last few months Every week we have server issues. This week it's down already 3 days in a row monday, tuesday and today and the biggest problem my very special clients will kill me because they can't access email there they have plane tickets + confirmation numbers to usa from eu. And the flight is tomorrow. No respond from support
I am a dead man...
I would be more than glad if anyone from community would help me asap with coldmedia.

domain: www.pekas.lt

thank you
Andrius

If you have backups, maybe consider move to different provider.
Won't help with any data you've lost from last few days though.

I suggest you to move ASAP, at least, you can move the accounts now somewhere else and later you can try to retrieve the contents, but you can get at least the email accounts active in a few hours if you move out of there.

Did they fix all your problems? Maybe you should think about moving elsewhere.

Even now that you found support, I recommend you bail. Three days of downtime is not right at all

How can you recommend something when you don't know any details of what actually happened?

It may have been the his fault for removing MX records, etc....there are so many possibilities.

There are a thousand reasons of why it could have been down. However, he stated that it has been happening for a few months, and that "every week we have server issues"

If it was just this one time, then yes, I would not recommend to move services, however, issues for a couple of months would make ME switch hosts.
