I think your spacing is a bit off. You need a little bit more content and not have it so much spread out. Make some graphics or buttons for your links. Your plans page doesnt match the rest of your site at all. Make it all flow.
CDX is right, the sub-pages don't match the front page. You are using the purple as your color scheme, but the sub-pages all use blue. Also, there is a spacing issue with your to header, the strip down the left side doesn't match up with the top corner graphic, there's a space between that one and the header, and the header itself is stretched longer than the image is supposed to be.
I also agree with the above posts. All pages must be uniformed.
The menu could use some graphic mouseovers or if you use the text have the links blend in better with the design. It's just sort of hanging out there right now.
All the different font styles made it hard to read, new times, arial, comic sans, italic, etc. Keep it uniformed throughout the site.
Your contact link should lead to a contact page instead of a direct email. Give visitors the option to fill out a form or send a direct email. The contact page should also include, address, phone number(s) email, etc.
Your "theme" and main target is religious/church customers. The "gurukiller" term might scare away potential customers who have stronger beliefs.
