Just find some hosting plans under $USD10/per mon.
and
fast and stable speed
beyond 200mb stroage
beyond 15Gb transfer
support PHP4 and mysql database

You'll find serveral good/great companies who shine above the rest, but there is no such thing as "the best host".
People have different needs, goals, views, etc.

"THE good web hosting providor"? Hehe, as stated, there are many. It all depends on what your looking for (whether it be personal hosting, e-commerce hosting, etc). I doubt you will get this question answered with one company. You might say the best hosting company in the USA is the one with the largest client base or is taking in the most profits. However, those hosts that do have their fair share of problems.

I personally have been using HostCulture.com for as long as I can remember.. I have never had any problems. Support 24/7 when using the support features..
I'm using their Basic Package which has 10GB Bandwidth, 350MB Space and every single other goodie you can think of.
check it out.. be a friend tho and tell them

Everyone in their own opinion has the best web hosting provider. There are way too many to even decide I think. Unless we do a poll for most popular, and then from that list, the best.

I've got a large database of "nots" if anyone wants them. Also a long list of hosts who claim they are the very best. Pretty much the same list however

Its hard to say anyone is the BEST. There are definatly better and worst though. Just make sure the host's plan offers what you need, the price fits your budget and they offer a quality support.

The best is whoever meets your needs and provides the best value. They could be a one-man shop or a 5,000 employee conglomerate. Whoever suits your needs best is the best for you.
However, the largest is Interland (Verio doesn't count; they're owned by NTT now and on the verge of getting their plug pulled.) Interland is currently worth about $203.6 million (based on market capitalization as of 4pm EST 10/30/02) and had about $108.7 million in cash as of May 2002.

who ever you can live with... There is no best host.
I've found out one thing:
ALL host WILL go down. Period. No matter if their fault or fault of others... the BEST host know how to handle customer service when they do fail.
two companies down for 6 hours:
1) do not answer e-mails, do not respond once problem is fixed...
2) answers costomer complaints, maybe even send out a mass e-mail 30 minutes into the problem. Then after the problem post what the problem was on the website.
Company 2 will keep customers no matter what the problem was... unless it happens every two days.
