I have looked through all the old threads I could find, but didn't see the answer to this one so if someone could help me out I would really appreciate it.
I have created a reseller account in CPanel (I also have root access if that helps). Within that reseller account I have created two domain names - domain1.com and Domain2.com. The user's site is on domain1.com. I would like to point domain2 to domain1 so that when users type in domain2.com they see the domain1.com website.
1. How do I set this up in CPanel so that the user gets e-mail on both domain accounts?
2. How do I even set this up? Every time I try to park domain2 on domain1 I get a "Sorry, a DNS entry for domain2.com already exists, please delete it first." (I created an account for domain2 so I could give the user e-mail.) From the old threads, I gather that I need to consider deleting one of the DNS Zones, but I'm not sure what exactly I need to do. Also, my assumption is that this won't work since if I delete the DNS zone for domain2 won't that prevent the user from getting/sending e-mail using it, correct?
I also gather that maybe I should try a subdomain, but I'm not sure how that would work since I need to point domain2 to domain1.com/file.html not sub.domain1.com.
3. Is there any way that I can easily cloak domain1.com's url in the browser window when a user types in domain2.com?
I'm pretty new to all this so if you could respond so a newbie understands I would really appreciate it. Thanks for any and all responses.
