Will agree with Tranz on this: the price is a little high for the content (at least to the buyers at WHT).
Dress it up, and it could justify the price tag. Designers can figure out how long it would take to put up a design, so they can basically tell the site's worth by the complexity involved.
Some maybe surprised that some static sites can actually take more time to prepare than one that has Flash and fancy rollovers. It's the original content that's time consuming, not so much as what's actually on the pages (there's plenty of stock photography, ready made templates, rollover scripts and such around).
More originality, the higher the price due to the sheer amount of time involved. Sometimes it can take days tweeking a photo with some effects.
