I'm looking for opinions from people who are resellers for *****.

How is tech support?
How reliable are they?

Thank you.

Hello Guest,
There are alot of negative comments about ***** on the Internet.

Although I've not used them, I would strongly advise you to consider seriously before you sign up with them.

Their downtime has not helped their reputation.

***** had a problem with their nameservers on moving to a new NOC. This is the reason for their downtime. They had corruption on their primary nameserver that propagated before they caught it.

I feel sorry for their clients, I think they are resellers.

They probably just lease(d)/co-locate(d) with OLM... I doubt they were resellers. The probably owned their own servers, just not the connections

Be careful what you say. ***** has a habit of playing bull-boy tactis to negative reviews, instead of acting on them and sorting their services out.

pcsid,

They tried to sue you for this stuipd thing? This is insane, you have freedom of speech and he can''t sue you for this crap.

I notice they changed the website all the time and keep confusing the customers and I also see some domains they use always put as "broken so they can''t use it.

I bet BBB has loads of complaints in the ***** folder in thier office and they will keep getting thoses complaints as I know. I even don''t understand why this had all happened all the way when they started the business?!?! What the hell wrong with Chris the owner ... He sure needs some help!

Boy, this ***** topic keeps getting hot and hotter and it never ends! Let''s see how it goes in 2000 for them!
