    Dialsonic – “if you don’t like it, go elsewhere”

    I contacted Dialsonic via IM with more questions today. After chatting on IM very briefly I asked the Sales Rep, William, to give me a call. He said no. I was shocked. I had to know why. This is what William had to say:

    ME: Is customer service important to Dialsonic?

    WILLIAM: “You are not our customer yet. Your question might not be important.”

    ME: Do you think (ordering a server) is like ordering a No. 2 value meal at McDonalds?

    WILLIAM: “We have over 50 customers and our server going out like hotcake. If you don’t like it, go elsewhere”

    Can you imagine that? Is this attitude common practice? I can imagine if I had a minor problem with my service and Dialsonic told me, “Your problem might not be important.”

    Dialsonic can't be that bad!

    you are not dialsonic customer, there for I cant help you with your inquiry..

    First of all your inquiry about dedicated server, but didnt
    ask any specific question in your email.

    I contact you via aim messenger.. said how may I help you?
    You simple said can you call me
    During our conversation, once again you didnt stage what your specific question when I message you via aim..

    I then said, dialsonic business structure is online base business. we will not call any inquirer ..

    Only if you are our customer we will call you for confirmation of your order and answer any question that you make have.
    We will only call you, if it is important!

    Other wise, we will help you remotely and answer any question that you have online.

    I have been in discussion with Dialsonic for the last week, and have been very happy with their attention, they are on AOL during (at minumum) normal business hours, and answer e-mail promptly
