var sidebar_align = 'right';
var content_container_margin = parseInt('350px');
var sidebar_width = parseInt('330px');
a few of our firsts... would like some feedback
I'm not to keen on frames, try tables
800pixels wide is still the most common browser size
100% width tables are good
no frames and good meta tags are a must for search engines
still maybe easier on the eye than mine

I think you should use higher quality pics. Also if you're gonna use large font you should think about making them images too, since you can use AA.
The menus look cool, but react a little slow (no preloading?).
