FrontDrive has been great the past four months or so, but my site (www.clandragon.net) has been down for over 24 hours. Their main site is up and running. I have submitted a couple of tickets now but no response. The first time it went down they stated:
"should be resolved."
Don't you love when hosts think they fix the problem and never check to see if it was really fixed? All it takes is typing in the address...
Any ways, any other sites with front drive down? I have had a few people in different states check my site and they can't reach it either.
Your site is down for me, however, I am sure FrontDive are onto the problem. Hopefully it's back online soon.

Over the past day we have moved a number of sites between servers, so this is most likely an issue resulting from the move. I've forwarded the problem to the appropriate places and this should be resolved ASAP.

I appreciate the update, but now over 36 hours of downtime and not a mention of you moving servers on us is a little unacceptable. We could have prepared ourselves for downtime and could have given our visitors notice to this.
Since this is the only place I have gotten a response from FrontDrive, I am sorry to post the complaint here again. It has been over 48 hours now. I would like to see some results here please. This is way beyond your 99.5% uptime gaurantee. If it isn't up by tomorrow morning, we will consider canceling our account with you.
