I don't like porkchops much, but I gotta have my BABYBACK BABYBACK BABYBACK BABYBACK...
Edit: I've never even eaten at Chili's, I just like their commercial and good ribs

Does anyone else in the DC area love Red Hot & Blue and their ribs?

Chicken is the only always good meat. You can't screw up chicken. Turkey is worthless.

    Chicken

Actually, chicken isn't bad, its problem is that it's...nothing. A chicken dish depends entirely on the other ingredients in it, because the chicken doesn't add anything to it. Thus things like some Indian curried chickens are great, whereas plain baked chicken is just too plain for me. Turkey, however, is how chicken should be. It actually has some flavor, and good flavor at that

    Lamb > Beef > Ham/Pork > Turkey > Chicken > Spam

Let's not forget though that jewish and muslim consider pork "unclean".

I clean my knife pretty good before I slice the chops.

Shake n' Bake porkchops with cornbread stuffing and your favorite veggies.

Then finish it off with homemade apple pie (or Apple Brown Betty)and ice cream.

Good old fashioned stick-to-your-ribs homestyle food....yum, yum.
