Communication from your vendor.
When you absolutely need to know.
When you simply haven't heard anything.
Everything is down, and you're in the dark.
Does your vendor notify you as to why?
If you have DSL with pacific bell, you never hear anything about your service, why it was out, it's just out and you're stuck.
Your hosting company's service fails, and you never hear anything from them, or you get dodgy answers.
Examples.
I think there isn't enough commentary from customers about how their vendors treat them.
What are you thoughts, and do you want to do something about it?dotGig
